Immigration
His immigration practice focuses on EB-1A extraordinary-ability and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions for the world's most accomplished individuals—including artists and athletes, entrepreneurs and researchers, executives and engineers. These matters require more than assembling credentials: Stefan examines the complete record, identifies the strongest legal and factual position, develops a petition that makes the significance of the client's work clear to a non-specialist adjudicator, and stays on the case if USCIS pushes back—responding to requests for evidence and other notices, and pursuing appeals when the facts, law, and client's objectives warrant doing so.
